We were selling from out-of-state, and David and Mike’s team handled contractor quotes, renovations, painting, landscaping, and staging as a turnkey operation. We got quotes as PDFs and we could select what work we wanted. The work was done in just a few days.
Sidenote: David, Mike and his entire team are very comfortable with technology. Docs were shared via Dropbox or Google Docs. The whole team replied to emails promptly and didn’t let anything slip between the cracks. Many of the documents we could sign electronically. The team also provided a calendar link to see at a glance when work was being done on the house.
When we got to the actual listing date, everything ran smoothly. The house looked beautiful and received multiple offers above our asking price, which David and Mike negotiated to an excellent conclusion. We were very pleased with David, Mike and their entire team.
