Carol is the MOST professional and gracious real estate agent I’ve EVER worked with and I’ve dealt with more than a half dozen over the past 10 years. On our first meeting, Carol came already fully prepared with comps and data on other homes in the area, who likely buyers were, what they were looking for etc. She had a detailed plan of how she would proceed, which included having the house cleaned, staged, and landscaped for best appearance. All of which she totally managed without any need for my involvement.
She is a master of detail. Rules, regulations and paperwork of all variety just get done quickly, seamlessly and correctly the first time. She proactively kept me informed of what was going on and responded immediately to any call, email or question. I felt like I had the entire focus of her attention. So rare.
She took fabulous pictures to showcase the house and essentially made the entire process a seamless and worry free experience.
