A professional writer created a wonderful description of our home. A photographer and videographer created amazing pictures and video of our home. The video began with a birdseye-view of our home from a drone flying over it! Also, a 3D virtual walkthrough showed our home on the computer like you are walking through it at the moment. Finally, the marketing team also did a great job trumping up visitors. We had over 150 viewings. David and Mike emphasized pricing the home correctly to get as much interest and response as possible.
Our home went on the market on MLS on Thursday, had the broker tour on Friday, open house through the weekend, then offers were collected on Wednesday. We received multiple offers and accepted one on the spot. We’ve received a price which was much higher than the asking price and went beyond our expectations! They have even helped us with closing and taken care of any issues the inspector found.
