Before writing this review I read through other Yelp reviews. Honestly the 5 star reviews previously posted say it all. I agree 100% with all of them. The entire team is outstanding. Everyone of them are superstars in their field. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all facets of preparing, listing and selling the house. Five days after listing the house we met with David and Mike to discuss 11 offers! This is during the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic! I totally agree with other reviewer who stated they felt like they were the only client David and Mike’s team was working with. That’s how much attention they give each client. Questions are answered immediately-no waiting over night for an answer to a question we felt needed immediate attention. I would also like to mention we felt everyone at Troyer & Cabot Group was honest and sincere in their desire to make the entire process go smoothly. You will not be disappointed with this team of highly trained professionals. Everything posted in these reviews is correct ten fold.
