We were impressed with the level of efficiency and professionalism. The ability to make the first appointment online by checking their availability was great. They gave us a good idea of what the market was like during our first meeting and gave us sound and wise suggestions.
Right from the beginning, the team worked with a timetable that was kept to a T, which was impressive given how impromptu our sale was. They took care of the preparation of our home and the staging which David and Mike paid for. The marketing was excellent – online and brochures – and it brought in a lot of traffic to the open house. We therefore had multiple offers after less than a week of showing and hence sold above our asking price.
Each member of the team exhibited so much dedication and expertise. They were all very patient and nice to work with. They really worked hard to get us into our new home in a timely manner. I highly recommend this excellent team.
