It was a crazy market, maybe not as crazy as this year. In all of the frenzy, David, Mike and their team are the most patient and grounded. It comes from many years of experience as Realtors and residents of Los Altos and hills. Market goes up and down, but the fundamentals should never change, that’s the most valuable assets David, Mike and their team have.
After losing quite a few bids to all the cash buyers, we were as emotional as it gets. Finally we had a very hopeful opportunity, we were very close to getting it, yet David and Mike still took time to play devil’s advocate, made sure we’ve considered all the pros/cons of the property, and didn’t over pay for it. Their team helped to smooth out the transaction, it was all in all a very pleasant experience.
