OK, I have to admit, the Troyer team is as good, no actually better, than their reputation. My wife and I are very happy sellers. Immediately after we agreed to list the house with David, Ashley worked quickly with their contractors to dial-in the correct level of sprucing up that our aging Los Altos ranch home needed to achieve a favorably priced sale. They focused on the heart of the home and updated the kitchen with new countertops, appliances, lighting and a beautiful white paint job on the old oak cabinets and red brick fireplace. We are very happy customers. And while the sale was important to us, I’d like to point out the experience with David’s whole team was kind of amazing. Really nice people that did a great job at keeping our stress level to an absolute minimum. While not technically part of David’s team, the escrow officer David chose, Kathy, at the title company was also incredibly high caliber and helped us cut through the documents with ease and humor. And of course, David spent time with my wife and I at all the critical decision points, always taking the time to confidently walk us through his recommendations with as much explanation as we needed to get comfortable with the process.
