My first connection with Carol was when I was looking for a rental in the area and she showed me a place. Although at that time I ended up living in a different location, I was very impressed by Carol’s knowledge on local area, responsiveness even for a customer looking for a limited period rental, and carefulness for people new to this area. Having that in mind, when I began to look for a house in our school district zone, I contacted Carol right away and began to work with her to buy a house.
One thing I would really like to emphasize is the level of carefulness Carol showed us, which was consistent throughout our journey and what I think is the most important aspect of an agent. We were new to this area so had to setup multiple discussion sessions to understand the market trends. Carol was very flexible and didn’t hesitate to listen to our questions even during weekends. Also, she was very eager to understand our taste and needs so that our expectation is aligned, which shows how much she is focused on her customers.
After all that, we began to bid for houses, where it took us 10 months to buy our house. Looking back, the insight Carol provided for each house and expectation of bidding results were very much aligned to final results. But even with this level of insight and knowledge, Carol never pushed us on any of the bids and her top priority was to make sure we are comfortable. I really appreciate the level of knowledge and customer focused mindset Carol has provided.
